Entering From The North

 

1. From your destination join the A1(M)Stay on for 10.19miles.

 

2. Leave the A1(M) at junction A1(M)-J60 in the direction of Bishop Aukland, A689, Hartlepool, Teeside and join the A689. Stay on for 0.19miles

 

3. Enter the roundabout and leave at the 1. exit onto the A689

 

4. Stay on the A689 for 3.11miles.

 

5. Follow the A689 for 5.84miles.

 

6. Enter the roundabout and leave at the 3.exit onto A19

 

7. Stay on the A19 for 5.1miles until entering Middlesbrough

 

8. Leave A19 and turn left into A66. Stay on for 2.17 miles

 

9. Leave A66 and head straightforward onto. Stay on for 0.14miles

 

10. Enter the roundabout and leave at the 2. exit onto Marton Road. Stay on Marton Road for 0.5Miles

 

11. Leave Marton Road and turn left into Wellesley Road. Stay on for 0.19miles

 

12. Leave Wellesley Road and turn right into Saltwells Road for 0.04miles

 

13. Leave Saltwells Road onto Breckon Hill Road and you have arrived at your destination

Entering From The South

 

1. From your destination make you way on to the A1036

 

2. At traffic signals turn left (Signposted Inner Ring Road) onto the A19

 

3. At traffic signals bear left onto the A19 (Signposted Thirsk)

 

4. At roundabout take 3rd exit onto the A19 (Signposted Thirsk)

 

5. At roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A19

 

6. At roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A19

 

7. At roundabout take the 3rd exit, onto the A19 then merge onto the A19 (Signposted The North)

 

8. Branch Left, then merge onto the A66 (Signposted Middlesbrough)

 

9. Branch left, then at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A172 (Signposted Middlesbrough Centre)

 

10. Turn left onto Breckon Hill and you have arrived at your location
